Aapka question clear nahi hai, agar aap kisi database ko subscribe karte hai to package mein ata hai, digital books agar apke pass available hai to unko relevance ke according aap remove kar sakte hain.

Mam agar library stock varification krni ho ,, os ke liye koi quick or easy method btao.. kyounki libraries mei utna staff v nhi hai .. 2 staff members 50000 books ko kaise count kreinge..? Koi excel file bn jaye .. plz jroor btana

Koi shortcut nahi hai koi easy way nahi hai. Agar library mein staff Kam hai to aap additional staff ke liye apne institution mein baat kijiye.

Ek circular register maintain kijiye... jisme actual jo notice nikalengw uski ek copy date k sath rakhiyega chahe to file maintain kr lijiye... ek circular rahega session start hone k bad books iaaue karne ka , ek rahega return krne ka notification , agar kisine return nahi kiya ho to uske liye remainder notification, library m koi activity karate hain to usme participation k liye, library se no-dues lenne k liye, Library se agar bachho k result isaue kiye jate hai to uake liye bhi to inform all tha students and teachers. Other koi bhi chij agr aap library se operate krte hain to usake liye aap pehle notice nikaliye taki sabko pata chal jaye uske bad ua kam ko kijiye.
