The Delta Smelt/Wakasagi was the inspiration for this little guy. Oroville, Folsom and any reservoir connected to the California aqueduct have this type of baitfish. But at the end of the day, its a minnow so it will work anywhere.
The Grass Minnow is easy to cast and it skips like a rock. Tie two in-line for schooling bass. The hook eyelet allows you to drop shot this bait and fish at any depth. Think of the possibilities as we head into winter and the bait fish go deep.
