The viewer tournament was cool. Wish I could join, but I'm on wifi. Can't manage a wired connection in my current living space. I remember running into you on like day one of kombat league. My Shao vs. your Shang. It was super cool running into you, but that connection was atrocious lol. Its all good though. After seeing what happened to Jimmy, I absolutely would have gotten smoked. Would be fun though

I say stay with Tanya, Hatyr. The buffs to her Parry are amazing (can now parry projectiles without spending bar), I use it so frequently, and also Parrying gaps in strings to get free Guidance charges is now even better since you can cash them out in different ways other than Teleport. The only other buff I'd ask for are to give her her back Teleport and Air horizontal teleport she had in MKX. Nerfing her Kicks was totally fair. Her F2 is now just a tad slower and it's noticeable. Scorpion is a fun kameo for her that isn't boring like Motaro or Goro, can give her some flashier and really damaging kombos.

Great episode as always guys. Didn't get to see too much of the exhibition but from what i could tell the koth really makes the connections worse during matches? Still hoping for rooms with a watch mode in case that fixes it

me and my friend figured out 100% combo but with havoc yesterday you can do a 40% with Sub-Zero ending with the tether..combo in and use your last bar to put on the new move neck snap... then you can call sub zero after that and do another tether for the last bit of damage

I'm still not entirely sure, but I think Cyrax's bomb setups may cause some desynchs. Carle and I had a few issues the other day too.

Shang Tsung buffs are a borderline joke, his new strings dont even combo for 30% and kameo movesteal is beyond niche I think its safe to say Shang is actually bottom 1 weakest character in the current version of the game. ESPECIALLY after all the Quan, Geras, Havik and Omniman buffs. And I know Sub players love to downplay, but trust me Shang is even worse. I now realize I’m ONLY winning because of the Shangjinko knowledge check. Autolose to anyone who actually knows the matchup

If Old Shang had the F3 overhead, he might be midtier. As of rn he is truly a struggle char unless you stay morphed, which ofc requires u to know their character lol
