Thank you for this video that understands what it's really like to be post partum! So many 'post partum' stretching videos feature aggressive warrior pose type stuff... And I'm thinking 'Hey, don't you know I have stitches in my lady parts right now?!' 😅

Right?? I've just had my second and there was no way I could do anything resembling a full workout those first few weeks even if I tried!

If I am currently almost 4 weeks pp should I start at week 1 or week 4? No tears, and easy recovery so far

I'd probably start with week 1 and if it's easy and manageable, you could possible skip ahead a week or two!

hello there! im 29weeks pregnant and i just started your 29weeks workout today.i just want to know if you had a normal delivery for your baby and does this workout help me having a normal delivery?

Hi! I had a vaginal delivery, although I ended up having to be induced at the end. Although it was painful (I went unmedicated) and I can't say whether it will guarantee a natural delivery, I really felt that working out during pregnancy made my recovery much easier!

Right? And I see you've started week 1! I saw your pics on Instagram and it looks like your scar is healing well. How're you feeling?

@@bellystrong yes my scar is healing very well, I've started some tissue mobilisation too. Still a small amount of tenderness around my lower tummy but I think that's the skin shrinking and changing! It's crazy! I'm going to start playing catch up on your workouts now, it feels so good to move!

Are these safe for c section moms? And if they are when can I start doing them

They should be yes, but I would recommend getting clearance from your doctor first and making sure they're happy with your scar healing!
