Beyoncé is very technical, she uses techniques in a healthy way to convey her emotions in her songs. Christina already gives herself completely, she does what she thinks the song needs, and if she needs to exaggerate she will, she is much more emotional. James Brown was just like Christina, the passion in singing, something that Beyoncé would not do, this total dedication, which could even risk being exaggerated, as Christina is often called and rightly so, she is more of an oversinger. Beyoncé gives her all, but she's balanced, she wouldn't do anything to go beyond the limits of perfection, she wouldn't risk missing a note if she wants like Christina often does, so much so that Christina is often actually out of tune.

So first of all I want to thank u again for taking my request. The Grammys performance was named in the top 10 greatest Grammys performances of all time by multiple sources in 2007 including Rolling Stone. The “Ha’s” she does are like stuff she does that add more character to the performance. Ariana’s version of this is when she says “yuh” it’s like a little signature and becomes part of their style. The MTV Movie awards was a June awards show for movies for stuff like “best kiss”, “best fight “, “best comedy movie”, “best actor” geared more towards teens and what they considered the best (ppl voted for winners). The show usually only had like 2-3 performances. Now it’s called the MTV Movie and TV Awards they included tv shows to be awarded. And lastly I just love how you, Joe, would be filled with awe and uncontrollably smile. I know you only do it when it’s genuine and I’ve watched many reactions from yall and never seen that type of a smile it’s more like u said like a kid watching a magic trick. 😂 I loved it. And I’ll leave the floor for whomever wants to request Christina week 2. I don’t wanna be a hog. 😂

i still get chills from this and the performance is from 2006. this is a james brown song, it's a tribute to him - he died around that time. It's a man's man's world is an original song by James Brown. Christina left no crumbs. Back to basics - the album, the era, the vocals, the performance really reaffirmed what sets her apart from other singers. What she does vocally is so otherworldly - the jumps, the riffs, the flips, the slides and adding her nod to James Brown's growl / scream he does in his songs. MAGNIFICENT!.

Christina has a quality to her where you feel how much she feels the music when she performs. Whitney, Celine and Mariah were all incredible in their primes, but Christina has the ability to emote like no other. One of her other most emotive performances was "You Lost Me" on American Idol 2010.

She is one of the best selling female artists of all time, has several Grammys and other awards, was one of the leading acts of the 90s, and she is known for her numerous hits and her very distinct and unique voice, trust me you guys would love it. Liked it before I watched it. Still dream about this performance and hold it in high regard. Her performance was full of soul! wouldve did James proud. I loved yours sentiments after.
