If you could pause when giving commentary this would be perfect. Yeah over pausing is a thing but it's better than conversation throughout the entire video. You miss valuable tidbits and moments and you cant focus on the music that way.

Louis’ photo was Christmas Eve - a drink for Santa, carrots for his reindeer. Raw carrots and champagne isn’t a traditional British meal (unless they have this further north than me!!) 😂

Traditionally you leave carrots for the reindeer on Christmas Eve and normally a sherry for Father Christmas. Sometimes people leave other drinks, not sure what is in that glass in the video. Sometimes you leave Father Christmas a little snack too like a mince pie (not made with actual mince before you ask). Funnily enough we don't serve whole raw carrots as a snack to our guests or family! The video is them recreating old family photos. Zayn with one of his sisters, Liam with his Mum, Dad and sister, Niall with his brother, Harry with his Mum and Louis with both sets of grandparents in the first photo and then one set in the second - two of them having died since the original photo was taken. It is a nostalgic bitter sweet trip down memory lane showing the relationships that made them.

yeah the carrots are for Rudolph 😂 and I think it was brandy in the cup for Santa - you leave them out on Christmas Eve (you can see the Christmas tree in the corner)

You are not listening to the song! their voices!! and the real meaning behind the music videos!! or atleast that's what I felt. I mean I love your videos. I have watched most of them and the Avril's week was my favorite cos she is my idol and you guys reaction was so good, appreciated her voice and all and I loved it. The plate of carrots is because the picture was taken at Christmas time (most likely Christmas Eve) and I’m not sure if Americans do this but in the Uk on Christmas Eve the kids lay out a plate of carrots for Santa’s reindeer!

In America kids bake cookies and leave them for Santa over night with a glass of milk, that’s tradition. In the morning presents are under the tree and the cookies and milk are gone which means that Santa came by, dropped the presents off and ate the cookies.
