Ive been following since week 16! Thank you so much! I have a question regarding my knees. They seem to hurt when I was in the side plank position. It was difficult to do any leg movements too. My knees and shins were burning. What can I do to mitigate that burning feeling? Thank you Belly Strong!

I'm so sorry could've sworn I'd responded to this! You could try laying a folded towel under your knees. Really try squeezing your glutes and push the hips forward, so the hips take up the strain instead of your knees. If you're still struggling, you can lay on your side and do leg lifts with your top leg - you'll still be working the same muscles but in a slightly different way :)

As long as you're feeling up to it and your pregnancy is low-risk, you should be okay. Just make sure to take things at your own pace!

It was more hard and challenging than what I initially thought!! But loved every bit of it and completed the workout after taking small breaks in between and modifying few exercises to a bit easy way(was still hard for me though) 😀 Feeling refreshed!!!!

Wow, this was good!! This is my third pregnancy and no other prenatal workout I have ever found here on KZbin has compared to this. I feel like all others are way too gentle, and I'm not even super athletic or anything by any means! Thank you! Looking forward to doing more of these workouts. Just subscribed 💕

Goodness, today was so tough. The side plank almost failed me. 20 weeks now and I love your workouts. I modified the pelvic tilts at one point. Instead of lifting both legs at once, I lifted one at a time. Thanks for uploading this

Thank you so much! I found your explanations very useful! This workout is a bit on a challenging side, and I was happy to find it, most of the prenatal workouts seem to be underwhelming. I wonder how long I can continue with this kind of routine, do you have any advice on what movements to drop as the pregnancy goes further?

It's such a pleasure! I kept with these kinds of workouts all throughout pregnancy, and just slowly modified activities e.g. did shorter workouts from week 30 onwards. I'd say just pace yourself, take breaks if you need to, and if a movement feels really uncomfortable then maybe avoid it. I feel it is harder than normal prenatal classes, feel sweaty after only 30 mins. Love the squat part, for the belly part, just what to have more safety instruction. Thanks

For any belly/core work this video might be helpful to make sure you're using a safe bracing technique: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o2XCl2dmoq1-fJo. I also always encourage women to take things at their own pace - whether that be slower or faster. Please let me know if you have any questions about specific moves though and I'd be happy to give a bit more guidance!
