The longer you stick to no sugars the easier it gets!!!! Great job sticking with it all!!!!!- love that your hubby goes with you to exercise, having that accountability has to help! My hubby isn't so much into exercising ( though he coaches soccer and is always out running around with his kids- but then he isn't the one with the weight issues like me!)

I’m so proud of you!!!! You came out of the 220’s once this week. Soooo exciting!!! You’ll be there again in no time. You’re quite an inspiration with cutting out all the refined and artificial sugars and staying super low carb. It does seem to be aiding the weight loss. I love how you’ve had 3 strong weeks. That’s HUGE and all those gym workouts! Look at you, all peppy now in the mornings. Haha!!! Overall, you seem to have a good grip on BALANCE and GRATITUDE. Keep crushing it, Mitchell!

Working out 1st thing in the morning is the absolute best for energy - definitely gets the day started the right way.

If you portion it out like I showed in my last cook with me video it helps because you don’t feel compelled to finish it. Because you can only eat what’s available. So I portion out half cups to three-quarter cup sizes in Tupperware in my refrigerator and I’m two years out

You’re going amazing and really putting in the work. I seriously don’t know if I EVER could be a morning person.... or a snow person lol. Not my jam.... but I commend you! I think having a larger lunch and smaller dinner is really a good idea. That is what I SHOULD do (who knows if that is what I will do though). 50-60 carbs is perfect I think. It won’t get you into ketosis necessarily, but it will limit your calories and have you focus more on protein and healthy fats, which will keep you full longer.

Hey Mitchell! That is great that you can get up and going now.. .isn't that a great feeling or what?.. Ya... stay away from the sugar as much as you can.... it's a monster.. grrr....Good for you for being done with rushing the slow going... it's not a race, it's a lifestyle. Keep up the good work!

Good video. You’re doing great! I did a video about gettin full and going over the edge. It is labeled “dumping. Syndrome and to bite or not to bite”. It’s really about when to know when it’s time to put down that fork. Keep up with your work outs! Addy

I wouldn't say I LOVE the gym, but I am liking actually having a routine now that forces me out of the house. Congrats on the loss this week!!! Take it and RUN with it lol. This same thing happened to me last week... I was going to the gym and thought damn I am doing so great and the scale is going to show that... and then I weigh myself for my update and I'm like WHAT? are you SERIOUS? WHY am I even DOING this? lol So THAT was frustrating... but again it is what it is. Great job with the 12 week challenge! YUM chili, I could eat that every day for the rest of my life and be 100% content lol. When I am full, I hiccup ONCE lol. That's it, just one time! It's so bizzare as I am one who NEVER used to hiccup before ever. I still eat carbs too... they aren't the devil in moderation. Not like we can eat huge amounts of them like prior to surgery lol. But yea everyone is different :) We gotta do what is right for US. Best of luck on keeping up with your current schedule! I'd be so overwhelmed, but I'm OLD compared to you! lol. I wish you much success in all aspects of your life and I hope you reach all of your goals and dreams! ^.^

New sub here. I hear you on the issue of having to eat until your stuffed. I found myself doing that some days since surgery. Prior to surgery, that was normal. I was taught to always finish everything in front of me. Now, I find myself either hiccuping, burping, or both when I'm full and then I'll give the rest to my hubby if it's not much, or save it for later.

@@MitchellInMinnesota Most days, yes. Some days it doesn't stop right away. That doesn't happen very often, though, so not bad.

You are doing great still. Keep reminding yourself slow and steady is fine. I hate the gym but love exercise. I have my own equipment at home so I can avoid the gym. The more u work out and get used to those endorphins the more u will come to love exercising.
