Week 3

CEO of PROSHRED® Security Jeff Hasham has partnered up with the American Institute for Cancer Research. Jeff has been committed to a more active and healthier lifestyle, putting the #AICR diet and lifestyle challenge to the test.
In this week's weigh-in, Jeff was joined by Brian Shepard, who is also partaking in the #AICRChallenge. Collectively Jeff and Brian lost 3.3 pounds together. Jeff will be donating to AICR $20.00 for each pound that he loses on his journey following the diet and lifestyle.
All donations will go directly to AICR to support cancer research
