Your suggestion at 24:30 is exactly what my league does and has done for the last several years. There aren't 14 viable TEs and it unbalances a league when only around 1/3 of teams have a playable player in a required position. The W/T position has worked out much better with more league parity.

I think it would be a great idea for Fantasy Football that they change the TE spot to TE/Flex since TEs get injured the most and there aren’t that many to choose from to get points at all. Adding another flex with the TE spot can help a lot.
