French bread pizza
1-2 french bread loafs
1 small jar of pizza sauce (I like prego)
24 oz of shredded mozzarella
Pepperoni, jalapenos or other toppings of your choice
Cut bread lengthwise. Spread sauce on top of cut loafs Top with cheese and other toppings as desired. You can also spread a garlic butter mixture on the bread and top with cheese to make a cheesy garlic bread. Bake at 425 F for 12-15 minutes or until the toppings start to brown.

Quick and easy biscuits and gravy
For the gravy-
3 c. whole milk
⅓ c. flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 lb breakfast sausage
Biscuits-
1-2 cans of refrigerated biscuits (or make your own)
Cook biscuits according to package directions. Brown the sausage over medium heat. Mix flour, milk, salt and pepper together. Add milk mixture to pan with cooked sausage. Cook until the gravy is thickened, stirring frequently.
Oven grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup
For the sandwiches-
1-2 Tbsp of mayo
4-6 slices of bread
4-6 slices of cheese
Precooked ham slices and/or bacon (optional)
1 container Pacific foods creamy tomato soup (or soup brand of your choice)
On a nonstick cookie sheet (sprayed or lined with silicone mat or parchment paper), lay bread out. Spread mayo on each piece and flip. Add cheese to each piece. Add bacon/ham to half of the pieces. Bake at 400 F for 8 minutes open-faced. Remove from the oven and immediately combine bread to make sandwiches. Warm soup according to package directions and enjoy with the sandwiches.
Chicken Caesar Salad with garlic parm toast
1 lg package caesar salad mix
1-2 c. grilled chicken breast strips (store bought or home cooked)
1.2 c. real bacon bits
6 slices of bread
2 tbsp butter
½ c. parmesan cheese
½ tsp paprika
Mix salad ingredients together with dressing. Warm chicken, if needed, and add to the salad.
Butter bread and sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Broil in a 400 F oven for 3-5 minutes. Serve salad with toast.
French dip sandwiches with roasted green beans
For the sandwiches-
6 hoagie buns
1 ½ lbs roast beef lunch meat
1 package au jus gravy
6 slices provolone cheese
For the green beans-
1 package frozen or fresh green beans
1 tsp seasoning of your choice (garlic salt and pepper is a good choice)
1 tbsp avocado oil
Mix green beans, seasoning, and oil together in a baking dish. Bake at 400 F for 20-30 minutes.
Fry roast beef in 1 tbsp oil on medium heat until the meat has lost most of its moisture. Make au jus according to package directions. Add 2 tbsp of au jus to the meat.
Place hoagie buns on a baking sheet. Open and place cheese on one side of the bun. Place in the oven with the green beans for 8-10 minutes. Fill buns with meat and serve with au jus and green beans.
