I LOVE these workout videos. I used the week by week pregnancy workout videos during my pregnancy. It’s the best program I’ve used because the videos actually reflect what is possible at each week. The exercises are fun and novel each time. Now that I’m postpartum, I look forward to doing a workout with Belly Strong any time I can squeeze it in. Thanks for the wonderful content and helping me feel normal again.

I'm so glad so hear you've found the workouts helpful :D And congratulations on your graduation to postpartum! I find myself taking moves from some of the workouts, and squeezing a couple in any time I can while looking after a newborn 😅 I hope your recovery is a smooth one :)

Loving these videos, I did them while pregnant and am doing them now postpartum, however im 9 weeks so I'm doing them a lil behind until I feel stronger 💪🏾💪🏾💃🏽💃🏽
