Hi!😊 This is so pretty! Your ability to know and just write in so many different styles amazes me! I hope your juice/smoothie system reset gives you the results you’re looking for! I’ve never done like a fasting (except for blood work and surgeries), apparently the way I eat falls into intermittent fasting but it’s just…I’m not good at waking up so my body just isn’t hungry for awhile and then I don’t like to eat later at night because I end up with an upset tummy and sleep issues, but I didn’t set out to do it that way, that’s just me listening to my body. I eat when I’m hungry and when I notice a pattern that makes me sick (like midnight snacks) I don’t continue the pattern. I do sometimes have to do like a sugar reset? Sometimes (hormones🙄) I go a little chocolate crazy and then I have to reset and not eat sugar for a little while to give my body a break. I don’t journal specifically about these things but part of my bedtime routine is journaling every night before bed in a notebook, just a pen (no stickers or anything except the cover of my notebook is sometimes cute) and it’s just the space and time for me to process feelings, events of the day, whatever I need to put in that book. Sometimes it isn’t even the writing, it’s just taking that time to sit with myself without any distractions and just feel my feelings. I don’t think I’ve said so yet but I appreciate you! You’re so delightful to know and listen to and spend time with and I’m so glad you choose to share a part of yourself through KZbin!🥰 Thank you so, so much, I hope you have the best week and of course, sending all the love!!❤❤❤

I love that idea of sitting with your feelings and I know that feeling. I go through stages where journaling is beneficial and then, like all things, I forget and it goes away until I need it again. I also don't like to eat right when I wake up so having a cup of coffee or tea and just having an hour of quietness in the morning does me good. Thank you so much for all of the kindness! April, I love your videos! I love the idea of creating a planner in a notebook or just blank pages in my rings planner. I'm just getting started on changing my food and fasting more because I found when I did a few years ago all the inflammation was gone. I'm fast approaching 54 and I don't like all the aches and pains, breaking out on my face, etc. When I did this before I journaled took pictures of myself and wrote about how I felt and what changed. I look forward to hearing how the juicing goes. How hard is doing raw vegan? I've been interested in this but wasn't sure if it was difficult to do the switch or incorporate it into some of the days. 😊

You are so kind!! Thank you!! The first time we went raw vegan was very difficult! This time, I know what I am to expect and it does make it a bit easier. I can tell you, there are so many wonderful recipes and I will try and share a few of our favorites this week when I do the mid-week meal plan. I think if you chose to incorporate a recipe each week, that would be easier for sure and such a good idea! I also highly recommend chatting with you doctor as I am not one, LOL. I haven't even ever stayed in a Holiday Inn Express!!!! Ha ha ha! Oh, those commercials!!! I do hope you know them!! I hope you have a wonderful evening!! Thank you so much for being here!

I love how you are using a composition notebook for your planner!!! Is this bigger than an A5? I would be worried about paper quality and bleed thru. How does that stand up? Thank you!

Thank you!! It is larger than an A5 and sometimes I end up gluing two-pages together because of the bleed through. I also like writing on the thicker paper, so it hasn't been an issue so far. I have an idea that I want to cut one down to the A5 size and even a travelers notebook size. :)
