The funny thing is, when I'm reading for myself I almost ALWAYS refer to the book and blend that with my own inuitive interpretation to get my reading. I think you hit the nail on the head when you said that every deck creator has their own interpretation - that's the primary reason I love working with so many different decks!

As a reader at metaphysical faires at my church, I think these three cards are spot-on, because they reflect the social and spiritual transitioning and transformation we are undergoing, what with The Magician highlighting what we are struggling to manifest (more peace and camaraderie and societal acceptance) and The Hierophant signaling the need to leave behind old paradigms and ways of being that no longer serve or never served us (the distorted patriarchy and xenophobic mentality), with the absolute goal of that bright and brilliant Ten of Cups. I can't wait for more Peggy time onscreen! ❤

This is awesome!!! Love the Peggy no bullshit way of reading. I totally agree, there is so much merit in learning how each deck portrays things slightly differently. I have been having so much fun going through my decks and noticing how each deck portrays things differently. That was my way of going through a decan walk again this year; using multiple decks and seeing the subtleties. I am rereading all the guidebooks information about each card before I put them on camera. I enjoy you looking at the guidebook during your reading and discussing it. It is fun to watch your process. It is super interesting you got the magician and the hierophant during this decan, as those are the majors associated with the 5 of pentacles and this decan. Great reading, and super interesting both the majors were reversed. Totally resonates.

I totally agree with you Peggy, I always refer to the guidebook especially when reading for myself. And you are right there are always these strong keywords and phrases that give you a different perspective on the card or combo. But you are still interpreting in a talky way off that meaning. Hi Peggy...Love your work...Love your style and the raw truth you bring. Love that you read and refer to the book and have a note pad by the side. Everyone has to see that there are so many different ways to read the cards and many, many different style. You definitely bring the ( you do you style) to a reading, and its totally refreshing and beautiful to see. I would really like to see more of you on this channel or even your own "Tarot" channel. Yes, yes, yes thank you for saying it....Sometimes the wording is weird in some guidebooks and when you read it you have to go back to work it out. But truth be told, I love having a real physical copy of a guidebook to hold in my hand. I understand why they do PDF files....But nothing like the real book to hold in your hands. ( and yes I am a sicko- I do like to sniff my guidebooks when they first arrive.) Very embarrassed to admit that one.... Yeek! Terri from Australia🦘🇦🇺
