I need help, I know you guys are promoted by underdog. I had an emergency and I reached out to underdog regarding their rules and if you can cancel best ball drafts that have not filled. I asked if I could cancel 10 resurrection drafts and/or some NBA best ball drafts i've done. I described my situation thinking details may help me. Wrong. They suspended my account for responsible gaming now. Acting like I should have never mentioned my dog needing help or having an emergency. All i did was ask if you can cancel best ball drafts that haven't filled. I didn't know it meant filled for your draft group and not the 100% filled/closed. I had it mixed up and the rules aren't completely clear on what filled meant. I have a mortgage at 3.6% and budget my life. I've tried hard. All I was trying to do was cancel some drafts and have a couple hundred extra bucks to go to the vet. I had no idea they would assume the worst. I feel so sad now. I put so much time into best ball and really love it. I am probably going to save this on a notepad and post this on all your videos now. Davis vids too. Liams. badge bros. Anywhere I see the underdog tag. This just doesn't feel right. I might make a video because I legit feel wronged. I can't even see my teams. I don't care about parlays or royales. I pretty much only use underdog for best ball. This just feels wrong by Underdog and there is no telling how many people have had this done to their accounts. I had over 2000 dollars into best ball and had about a 25% advance rate. It makes me so sad to think my teams are now gone and just adds onto the life I already live. I'm disabled and have been diagnosed with an adjustment disorder with mixed disturbance of anxiety and depression. My uncle killed himself last year after my evil mom sued him. It's all much deeper than just that too. I considered offing last year too. I didn't and I'm not going to. Life is tough but I am pushing through. I have a remote job, I have a good house, I have a life. I just got caught on the off check week and also the end of the month took some extra bills last month. Then my dog does some wild stuff and gets cut up on a fence. I have a budget but it's not always perfect. I hate that low income people are looked down on. I have worked my butt off to get where I am at. I shouldn't be punished for asking rules questions to customer service during an emergency and looked down on because I live check to check. A lot of America is living check to check right now. Feels so wrong to have this happen. I loved underdog and playing best ball but now I feel like I can't even watch another football game the rest of the year. I may not. I haven't watched NFL since the saints got robbed on that PI call and just got back into this year due to best ball. I've always loved fantasy and love this product. I guess this is the second time I quit watching football. I'm heartbroken and feel taken advantage of. 2000 dollars and potentially more just gone like that. Because you ask customer service a rules question. It just adds to my depression and best ball was actually helping me. I loved checking it and seeing the progression so far. I can't even be happy about my teams now because I guess they are deleted. I just don't get it. Please help me. My username is erichurst.

Sure times are hard but it's not just me living check to check. I got caught having a bad budget one week out of 52. I shouldnt have underdog assuming the worst about me and taking my account away right away. i was just asking customer service a question about best ball drafts and if you could cancel ones that aren't filled up. I had no idea this would happen to me. I feel awful for all the people who lose their account. it feels awful and just adds to the shit heap that is life. I trusted this company and loved the product and it feels so sour to have it end up like this. I am not even sure if I will have my teams or not.
