Ok so I am from South Georgia and while I don't emphasize any of the syllables you do (though I don't really think I have a southern accent, even though I've lived in Georgia for all but like two years of my life), I do notice it with other people. One that always gets me is when people say STATE farm instead of state FARM

Lol apparently the inner monologue can be a sign of neurodivergence. I have them and fairly sure I have adhd. Only learned this recently
