Hailey can you do a video on a schedule that a newbie can expect during their non ADays? I understand they consist of early reports, long turns sitting around in airport which is all idle and non pay time. Also read that you can not drop those days because there are few takers

@@shfstan i try to edit as quickly as possible! and i would say mostly commute on my airline, but sometimes all the flights are full and i have to commute through a different carrier

Being a fly attendant can be hard, but also fun, busy and can visit new places, iam a nurse and i always do the same things, i get bore but you instead can go places 🎉❤😊

Hi! Do you have an tips for nervous flyers (adults and kids)?

@@karataylor7238 here are just a few tips/ tricks that helped me! 1. sleeping meds or anxiety meds 2. noise cancelling headphones! planes can make a lot of (normal) noises during taxi and takeoff and using these can help block it out especially if you are unfamiliar with what each sound is 3. if you have wifi on the flight, i use the flightaware app to track turbulence so i can prepare myself for service and know what’s coming. also- pilots will try to always let pax know in advance when it’s going to get bumpy 4. (if you can help it) try not to sit in back of plane because turbulence is felt the most back there AND try to sit in a window or aisle 5. stay distracted! watch movies, read, play games, listen to music, etc. anything to keep your mind elsewhere… 6. let a flight attendant know about your flight anxiety we will come check on you when we can😊 7. TRUST in your flight attendants and pilots. i went to training for weeks and was taught how to handle worst case scenarios and emergencies in the air. pilots will do anything and everything to get the plane back on the ground IF something were to ever happen. flying is the absolute safest mode of transportation.

I know you have inflights, but don’t you find it uncomfortable to wear heels walking through the airport and during boarding? I’d want to kick them off as soon as I can

@@Jess-Ellie-j9s we have to wear at least a 1/2 in. heel walking around the concourse! i however am weird, and love wearing heels. i think it completes the uniform and i feel so much more confident. but as soon as i get on board i switch to my inflights 😂 especially if im flight lead or galley position!

Your 100 % correct when you say that heels finish the outfit. And samething when flight attendant are wearing black pantyhose, it makes them look professional and elegant, Plus pantyose helps for blood circulation .
