Honey it's gonna get exhausting from now on forever 😂 pregnancy,then kids, and if you top it up with work, its obviously too much. I am a dentist, with 2 kids and never stopped working except maternity leaves... I am literally exhausted by now,btw my kids are 6 and 4 now. But it do get a little easy when they reach this age. Little manageable. I wish you best of luck❤
