It's a really cool concept - multi tasking meditations helping you tap in to your ultimate self. Sooo applicable to glowing up not only on the outside but inside your mind!! Omg I was dying when yous were prepping to watch Julia and hunters birth volg because literally the way I did the same exact thing and had to just have my full attention on it haha it was amazing to watch I just had my second baby right before her and it was just emotional to watch there just such a power house duo of a couple absolute goals right there hehe and ty missy for posting twice a week very excited about that really helps keep my week going !!
