Hey Anna! I've always used disposable coffee cups for my overnight oats when I'm on the go..you can usually get a pretty big pack of cups that are either 8 or 12 oz. and would be the perfect size for your oats. 💜☺

You are gaining muscle by running and working out you look so freaking good and so SKINNY I know body dysmorphia is so real, but I swear you are probably looking back at the old you thinking wow I’m not that skinny anymore, BUT MISS GIRL YOU ARE YOU JUST HAVE MUSCLE WHICH IS EVEN BETTER! Girl look at the booty you’ve grown from all your working out and those ABS you look INCREDIBLE! I promise one day you’ll look back at pics of yourself from now and think wow why was I mad at the scale I looked bomb. Don’t worry about the scale because you are gaining muscle in ALL THE RIGHT PLACES, worry about how you feel in the mirror and how you feel inside! God made you perfectly you! He loves his children and at the end of the day we all will look the same in our casket a skull! I’m sorry this was so long and deep for no reason but I just need you to know how amazing you look and how beautiful you are inside and out!
