My biggest tip for the creative sample and application process is to show your strengths and holistic approach to music (include a variety of extracurriculars, volunteer work, business ventures, songwriting/production process, how your hobbies/life influence your music). Show what and how you are working on to get to your future career goals and how NYU will also help you achieve those goals. around campus it's pretty safe, but in some areas, i wouldnt walk around alone at night. especially in Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan
