Okay bestie.. I actually work at B&N and pro tip to save yourself a trip if the app says the book is in-store is to call and ask if the book is in stock, an employee checks for you, and it can even be put on hold for you if it’s in stock. It’s what like 90% of the calls are. Then if it’s not in stock you didn’t waste gas and time 🌷🌷

If you have a sams club membership they have the Alani nu energy drinks in a big pack ( like maybe 18 pack maybe… I can’t remember) for like 20.00. It’s 3 different flavors in the pack but it has the cherry slush in it you love so much , and the other flavors in it are cosmic stardust or whatever and the blue raspberry!!!

Literally had to google this out of shock but Fourth Wing was $30?!? £24.15???!! Is that normal in the US?! Our hardbacks in the UK can be pricey but that still seems outrageous. We have a lot of releases on paperback too, which are usually only £8.99. I am genuinely shocked.

Hey Destiny, if you see a book is available at B&N and your scared it will sell before you get there you can purchase it online and pick up in store. I did this once when I was looking for a really hard to find manga & the B&N was 2 hours away. I purchased it and waited for them to tell me it was available to pick up.

Fun fact that isn’t fun for anyone who work in retail… so my job is retail, shocking right?? But the warehouse LOVES billing us for product we didn’t get and doesn’t like showing it on our order list. That’s how the computers say that we have stuff when we don’t. It’s VERY frustrating on our end because customers insist we must have it in the back when we don’t and get mad at us. It’s SO irritating! So please be nice to us, we don’t know it’s an issue until someone brings it to our attention. And where I work, we don’t have many people at all to where someone could just go through our full inventory daily but we do count product everyday.
