And your workouts pay off - you are super toned - I'm envious! I dislike the sound of revving of engines too - when you're on the road with them, it scares me. I also dislike when my windows are open because it's a beautiful day, and my neighbors are out talking and hackling to each other so loudly...I'm like, you're Right next to each other, why are you being so loud?

Hey Friend, Happy Thursday. I absolutely love your day in the life vlogs and seeing everything that you have accomplished. I know these types of vlogs take forever to edit but I love your motivation and dedication to your channel and us. Your videos help motivate me to tackle my work week and to look forward to the weekends. 😊 Sometimes all we need to do is a self care night while we relax and chill after a long day. I have been too tired to do a self care night after work but my week vacation last week helped me a lot. 😊🥰

I know you once asked how to put your sports bras away. I fold mine in half and then put them on their sides in the drawer so I can see all of them and there’s not any never being used because they’re hidden on bottom

Please don’t support vitality. They treated their plus size athletes terrible. They also delete comments when people say anything negative about them. Lastly they are overpriced and not worth it. Don’t pay $92 on leggings when you can get them cheaper and much better quality somewhere else

Hey girl! I used to struggle with acne in the cheek area so you’re not alone. I found that whey protein powders, supplements that were high in B vitamins and sugars were the cause. I was eating super clean and couldn’t figure out what it was and I finally figured out that it was the extra supplements causing it the whole time. Anyway, sorry if you didn’t want the unsolicited advice! Love your vlogs, take care!
