First week in my life vlog in Saint Petersburg, Florida aka my new home for the month! Checking into our airbnb, unpacking, settling in, and getting into a routine. A few beach days, a special visit from my college roommates, and a whole lot of fun. So happy to be back in my happy place.

Watching your Vlogs puts me in so much of a good mood. My blow dryer just copped out on me halfway through and watching your Vlog literally calmed me down so I can figure out how to get my hair straightened without horrible heat damage from the flat iron lol

To get your shrimp charred you need to let the pan get hot before you add them in it might even be better to let the pan heat up splash of cooking spray add the shrimp let them char on both sides then add the seasonings lemon juice ect. The shrimp still looked really yummy!

For your shrimp to be more charred. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and pre heat the pan before putting the shrimp in it.

If you want your shrimp charred, You either have to make sure they’re super dry when you fry them or put them on a broiler pan under your broiler and they’ll be perfect

the shrimp has to cook longer, and hotter. try putting the top on the pan as well

Once yr shrimp is nearly cooked take it out of yr pan. Empry the water/gravy/juice from yr pan (if u want to keep it put it t into a bowl). Clean yr pan and add a tiny bit of butter and then put yr shrimp into the pan until brown. (You have too much water/juice/gravy in yr pan)

Too much liquid with the shrimp. Try it without the liquid until they are charred, then add your liquid.
