Hey Krista. It's been awhile since I've seen you guys. Your Mom's House is So Gorgeous. I know that I have told you that before I'm certain. Aww I Loved how excited Bash got when he realized his surprise was going to Lovey's. ( Sorry if I spelled that wrong) I'm so glad that your beautiful Momma was able to find Love again. That's awesome. I so very much wish that I could find Love again.. Well I guess so. I'll never ever get over My now Ex Husband. 😭 He's was my Soulmate for over 25 years. But he decided that he wanted a much younger woman.. sorry for getting all depressing and sappy.. I just couldn't remember if I had ever told you about him before. I never gad Rotelle Dip until I met my husband and moved to Texas. He loves it. He always suggests it for dinner and I feel like its just snack food like when your watch football. But I see he is not the only one that considers it a meal. Interesting. What cheese, meats, and rotelle do you use? I like anything spicy so i use the hot. My husband likes the blanco cheese and I have experimented with adding other cheeses like cream cheese too.

I think it's a party good too! But that day my mom FaceTimed me and she was eating it and I had to have some lol. I used ground turkey, but ground beef works fine. Season the meet normally. 1 can of mild rotel, but they have spicier cans. Then cube 16oz block of velveeta. Stir til melted and serve with tortilla chips.
