Hack for the spices because I am the same way. I use my spices all the time and frequently so I need to be able to see them. In one of your upper cabinets make room and put them all on a lazy susan. Game Changer!

Mine doesn’t have me fast for bloodwork which I find very interesting. In fact the one time I did fast because I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to or not she asked me “what I had for breakfast that morning” and than asked me “why I didn’t eat any breakfast that morning” obviously I said it’s because I was getting blood work and thought I had to fast but apparently I don’t for this doctor.

I watch Survivor and The Challenge...new season of BB starts soon give it a watch, I really think you'll like it 😁 You could watch a few previous seasons to see if you like it? Takes an episode or two sometimes for people to come out of their shells sometimes, but there are comps and alliances!!! I love it!
