Heyyyy good to see you back :) I agree posting everyday is a lot and I have that same fear at times too with wanting to stay relevant or continue to grow online. Also, thanks for the adjectives idea. We did parts of speech last week in 5th and this would be a nice small group activity with these task cards :) 💕

What type of behavior management system do you have?? Maybe try something new??!! We use a point system and students receive 2 points per session if they follow ALL rules..if not a point is deducted…once students have reached 10 points they go to the treasure box! Students are allowed to save up their points to earn multiple rewards! Expectations were set BOY and discussed often…to make them feel involved I allowed them to make a list of things they would want in the classroom treasure box…of course all ideas weren’t implemented😉 I’m a SpEd Teacher so this works for me during our small group sessions…it’s mid year and you hopefully aren’t experiencing these behaviors daily…If so, then have you reached out to the students previous teachers to see what worked for them??? Or you could even reach out to your schools Special Education Teacher for some ideas!
