Nausea accompanying a headache could mean you have a migraine. I’m a migraine sufferer myself and often get the nausea. And excedrin isn’t enough 😂 food and water help but usually rest is the way to go. Hope you’re head pain free soon!

Came here to say this! My migraine normally gets better with a 15-30 nap/rest with one of those frozen eye mask on in a nice dim or dark room. It feels heavenly and I wish I did it sooner.

As a migraine sufferer I feel you on the headache and nausea. Mine lasts days sometimes. I usually take Tylenol, ibuprofen, magnesium and rub tiger balm on my forehead. If it’s evening I’ll take Benadryl too- it’s called a migraine cocktail. Also, still feeling it slightly is the migraine hangover phase. I usually feel fatigued and yawn a lot- the headache is in the background, but the next day it’ll be gone. You sleeping in is definitely part of the migraine hangover lol

Headache + nausea sounds like migraine to me, though you'll have to figure out if there was a trigger for it. Maybe get your blood levels checked to see if you're deficient in anything, if that comes up again. Also general headache advice: drink water, maybe electrolytes, rest your eyes, do plenty of gentle stretching - tight muscles can also cause a headache, so try something for neck, upper back and shoulders, maybe jaw - that can often help. In the best case scenario, it may be related to your cycle and is just a one-off thing, but if it comes up again, keep an eye on it Raven.

If your headaches persist or increase in frequency and strength, visit your doctor. They can run some holistic tests and bloodwork to see what could be making you ill ☹️ It could be related to dehydration and the nausea could be related to the headaches. I hope you start feeling better soon 💜

I love how well your family understands you amd your likes it makes me happy to see this. I listen to theirs and will gather stuff for them all to the point I get so exicted I have to hide it because I will want to give it to them right away if I don't. Gift giving is my love languge and it brings me joy when they open it and they light up with excitment because its something they wanted or forgot they even told me. My family is really bad about remembering what anyone really is into unless its a shared intrest so I have to help them find gifts otherwise they will just give you money and shug they didn't know what to get. It's not the value it's the effort and thought I love and so I love that your family gave you such thoughtful loving gifts.

i suffer with headahces and migraines super bad but i would say if you still have a headache after taking painkillers, take another dose as soon as you can, or you can also double it up in between doses with another painkiller, google what ones pair together, i believe it's like paracetamol and aspirin, nut again i'd double checl. Hope that helps cus i know headaches suck

That frog purse is so cool!! I like to use a roll-on peppermint oil for headaches along with pain killers. For some reason it really works to clear up any residual pain the pills leave behind or to help with the pain before the pills fully kick in. Might be placebo, might be just a tingly distraction from the pain, but either way it works haha

Constant headaches with nauseas is not normal. I few things that would be causing it is not enough sleep, not enough water, also if your eyewear prescription isnt doing the job anymore and you are straining your eyes. If you think its a migraine avoid screens for a bit and get some rest. I hope you feel better soon, sorry for the long message but ive dealt with migraines most of my life so i wanted to help!
