Hi Brittany! My youngest daughter is turning 3 this August and I found you through mom/pregnancy related content during my pregnancy . I just want to send you some love and strength. ❤ I also have a 13 year old whom I was a single mom with, the first 2 years, we moved about 3-4 times during that and this video reminded me of that time in life, and all the stress that came with it. I can promise you that one day everything will work out for you! 💖 Thank you for being real and transparent ❤

Maximizing different credit cards for their rewards/points/miles. Even something as simple of picking up a large dinner on your credit card and having the group venmo you their portion. Only if you can pay it off at the end of the month without issue. I guess I do have some tips, but there are great finance channels here on YT! ❤

Why don’t you take a lower dose, if you experience such profound effects? I’m well-acquainted with anxiety and medications, and with both the daily, consistent-type medications and “when-needed” medications, if a side-effect is as you described - feeling out-of-sorts, not fully in-control, “high”, etc., then you’re undoubtedly not taking the medication properly (whether that means incorrect dosage, strength, or formula). For example, Xanax (one of the handful of benzodiazepine medications), is quite potent and for someone who takes the medication infrequently, I’d expect a dosage to be something like 0.25mg. The effects from taking a proper dosage, should ease your anxiety symptoms fairly rapidly, but should not put you in a woozy, not-in-full-control, “high”, or very sleepy state. Those effects would be clear indicators that the medication is not being used as directed. Millions of people look to benzodiazepines like Xanax for “as-needed” treatment, and it works to allow such people to get on with their lives, having majorly eased insurmountable anxiety symptoms. They work, drive, - go on with life as normal, so to hear that an anxiety medication is basically making you markedly “high” and not able to carry on your day as usual - thats a blatant problem. My sister took anxiety meds for dental situations, and what you described as feeling is absolutely not what my sister experienced, from taking meds under doctor supervision.

Why would you pay private school tuition for PRESCHOOL? Especially since you’re moving (and are likely choosing to live in an affluent, upper class or upper middle-class area.. ultimately NOT an area with worrisome demographics), then why on earth would money be (wasted!) on private preschool tuition?? I’m from San Jose (and not from one of the “higher class” neighborhood areas) and I went to public schools only. I never had issues with the teachers or students, and graduated high school, then to Cal Poly SLO (bachelors and masters degree) with 4.0, 3.9 and 3.9 GPAs, respectively. Before entering high school, my parents toured private high schools, and I was very opposed to having them waste huge sums of money on tuition. I ultimately went to the local north SJ high school, and did very well with academics and was on the cheer team throughout. A child’s performance in school in almost entirely influenced by parents support and encouragement and assistance, as well as the students personal work ethic and desires. Based on my experience and the loads of former private school kids I encountered in college, the fact that their parents dropped hundreds of thousands of dollars on private tuition had (what I firmly believe) little to no impact on their level of academic success. Be a supportive, helpful and informative parent about schooling and college (and if you don’t know/don’t have college experience info - LEARN so that you can inform and give your kid aim for academic goals). Save that soon-to-be-wasted $$$preschool tuition (and all later years of private school tuition!) Public school, especially in your nearly-certain affluent upcoming-neighborhood, is great, and the fact that people scoff at it, the waste $$ on private tuition, all while believing that their kid is somehow going to achieve beyond the level of achievement of public school kids -- it’s a display of nothing more than ignorance, misinformation, and totally fact-less assumptions. If your child ultimately has no desire to achieve in academics, and has a desire to party, then private school isn’t going to somehow straighten them out and force them to succeed. In reality, it only gives them easy access to kids who have the $$ and freedom and access intense “party” substances, and instills a need and value on being wealthy (because of the kids they’re surrounded by). I’m public school, I was never ever exposed to “party” substances (a handful of skaters and hard kids smoked weed) because no one had $$ to buy what the private school kids had been involved with since middle school. Further, a sense of work ethic and thankfulness was instilled in me, because I was aware that may others had very little; and that they had to work hard for all they had. Not the case for private school kids whose parents were never around, who had $$$ at their disposal, and never gained an appreciation for hard work and being grateful for all they had. Save that tuition money for college, when it matters.
