Week In the Life 2024 | Ali Edwards | Complete Planning Process. Ideas, mocks up and prep

In this video I go through my four stages of Week in the Life planning. This year I will joining in with Week in the Life using a mix of digital and physical projects - digital for the new WITL kits and using up some of my physical stash.

I really enjoyed your video. I think the way you store your stamps is a great idea. Allows you to look through more easily and perhaps takes up less space. Can you do a video of how you store them and perhaps inventory them. It’s hard to keep track of what I have and what stamps have what. I am considering stamping out all the stamps by category to inventory them. Hoping it would make me use them more.

Thank you so much. I had a snoopy when I was a little girl (in the 70's) and I loved it so much - I took him and Woodstock with me everywhere. When I am having a stress day it's my favourite mug as well as constantly looking at my iWatch which has the snoopy watch face.

That is some impressive preparation! I have my base pages set up in Canva, just 2 per day, one with photos (the weather and a screenshot of my feed reader every day) and journaling, the other just with photos. In addition I designed a page for a "hero" photo that I will add as needed, I don't expect to have one every day. I'm collecting my ephemera throughout the whole week and will add them at the end. Also at the end will be a page with my timeline for the whole week. For your -ing words - have you considered pictures instead of or additionally to journaling? Especially for watching, reading and listening that's easy with covers or promotional images from the internet. You could then decide to make them smaller and add your thoughts or make them bigger to fill the page. I always document the book/s I'm reading throughout the week. Some years just with a cover picture, some years I included a review. Not sure yet how I will document them this year, that depends on what I will be reading. I'm looking forward to see how your Week in the Life will go from plan to paper.
