it isn't fully doable, but making sure to take daily supplements and eating well (even if a little forced), as well as taking a rest when needed and not brainlessly pushing past my own limits are the things that help me stay healthy and avoid big .. But also good hygiene is so important - cleaning the house daily, letting air in, doing laundry regularly and changing sheets, etc are also very important, because sometimes you don't know it but there has been mold under the sink which is triggering you to feel horrible. Root-cause analysis is important!

😏🎅 Hey Hannah, I’ve noticed in the last few vlogs you’ve mentioned ‘dark eye circles’. My brother and I struggled with very serious dark circles throughout our childhood and early teen years and we always felt fairly groggy. My mum decided to research into it and it turned out we had a lactose intolerance. Since then we’ve researched food and have been vegan for 8 years (besides the point but thought I’d add), and I’ve never had eye bags since, never had any digestion issues, and slept far better. If this is something you’re worried about I’d maybe suggest a home allergy test (what we took) and try some milk alternatives! Of course you don’t have to, but as a dancer I know how important it is to feel confident and energised. I love your vlogs so much and have been following you for years - honestly so proud of how far you’ve come especially at almost 100k! Your routines have helped me so much too, so just wanted to say thank you! 💕

hannah i just want to let you know that when im feeling unmotivated, don't want to go to dance class, feel like im in a rut, etc..., i watch your videos and it's literally so helpful. It's a good reminder of what i'm working towards and puts my workload into perspective.

Amazing job! so lovely to see, really enjoyed it, specially after a little late and tired night haunt acting for several hours yesterday. Lot of love from here. Pacing is definitly something I struggle with when im at the haunt. Acting like this and pacing in dance had lots of different things to consider that are not the same, but something i really try to think about is taking time to just say its ok to just take moment to fall into myself and just listen to what i need right now. And our instructer has this thing she always say "80%" if we give a 100% or more all day and all night then we sure wont get through it, though its hard to hold back somtimes thats what it takes to keep going:) Again lots of love from here Denmark, really looking forward to watching your next vlogs and following you through the nutcracker season❤

Congrats on another fantastic tour. Love seeing your routine and how you are getting better at pacing yourself. By the way, the iron in a hotel is essential for some people. Some business people may have to iron their shirts before meetings. I needed to iron my dress before my nephew's wedding.
