Thank you :) I’m trying to focus on positive steps I can take to try to turn things around. Reducing costs is a big one, January is always super quite so focusing on ideas for Valentines Day and what I want the future to look like for the business. We pivoted before so it might be time to pivot again

And yes the sound was definitely less clear, I did try not having the mic pinned to me. I think when I was talking about the email marketing and that was much better
