Ugh melatonin doesn’t work for me it messes me up for some reason and I feel delusional 😂 nightshift nausea is definitely one of my least favorite things that comes with the job! 😅

Did you recently start taking magnesium? When I started taking Magnesium supplements I had HORRIBLE nausea throughout the day & night. Came out of nowhere. I switched to a magnesium gummy from Costco and I never feel nauseous anymore!
