I use that Chinese curry sauce and it's lovely. They do a hot version too which my husband enjoys. Wednesdays dinner looks amazing 👏 🤩

Meals look so good as alwats helen. I like how you alwats put potatoes in your curry, i love potatoes in any meal however they are cooked. Im doing pulled pork this week its on my meal plan when i food shop on Wednesday, so theres always leftovers so i will cook the pork then do a recipe 1 day that i want to do, then do pulled pork rolls next day, maybe do stuffing with it, chips & a pot of gravy each to dip!! Hope you ok, you didnt sound your usual self ?

Hey I used to have bigger white plates but I upgraded/downgraded to the blue ones they are ‘nicer’ to look at and I thought might help with portion control but who was I kidding hahaha 🤣 xx
