IMO Jago is UNDERPOWERED since the majority of his manuals are God-awful slow. Jago's only advantage here is his awesome super and Instinct wake ups (or in old KI lingo, "pop-ups").

not necessarily, his punch special moves are long range, his kick special abilities are all close range moves, but you could argue that the shoulder charge and wake up punch are designed to push away rush down opponents.
