You probably already know this Max but just incase you didn't, if you hit someone with Iron Man's low M > S > up/forward/down H > up/forward/down H you can relaunch them yourself with light smart bombs into low M > S

I agree that playing all the characters is important for matchup knowledge. Its hard to find people who main some of the lesser used characters to get experience and you usually won't get to see everything they have to offer. And playing all the characters is just fun.

Iron Avenger doesn't mash the initial grab does 100k and then the beam hits 30 times at 10k a peice for 400k total. lvl 3 hypers that can be followed up for a combo afterwards aren't mash able except for Chaos Dimension and Gravity Squeeze.

Basically, Defiant Fox has followed Max into every room that he's made. The whole point of Max switching rooms is to have MORE people come in and join him. Since there are only a limited number of seats per room - Defiant Fox is basically keeping others from getting the chance to play against Max.

Weakest doesn't necessarily mean worst, as with strongest and best. Take sent in vanilla. HSF does less damage than PS, but people choose to do HSF because of the relaunch option. Damage wise its the weakest, but it is not the worst of the two. In ultimate, its the same with TK OTG into HD as opposed to just OTG into PS.

Max, you can use light smart bombs after a basic air combo to a crouching medium to another air combo. Then you can end with heavy smart bombs to hyper. It's a really simple combo that takes some timing, but it nets you around 700k. Hope you could read this comment and learn it if you didn't know it already;D

These are awesome to watch! the only thing that kinda sucks, is that ppl jump into the lobbies to play Max, and Max leaves within 7 fights or so. So, If you didnt get to him, you have to chase him to other lobbies.

Yo Miles, If you are having problems with iron man against fast/teleporting characters, his repulsor blast/break help ALOT in setting hit confirming.

I enjoyed watching the commentaries of the other players (that Thor was really good) because there isn't much chance of seeing new characters because max sticks to 5-6 of the cast. Hi Max. I really enjoyed this week of UMVC3 Open Lobby games. I think you should make more lobby games and not just for UMVC3. Regarding this week i must say i was a little bit dissapointed that most this week videos were too damn short for lobby games. You should've made them at least 30 mins. and not mentioning small lobby rooms. I suggest that next time you should made them for 6-8 people and make those videos DAMN LONGER! I bet i am not the only one who wants to see MOAR of this! GGs+kisses.

we do all drafts at my place from time to time, 1 or 2 people come over and you list out the full cast and go thru and pick characters but when you pick one no1 else can pick it after, then you make your teams, if you lose with a team you no longer have those characters, its pretty awesome, and i think it would be a cool thing to do on your channel sometime, btw loved this open lobby, it was pretty boss, and that thor was AMAZING!! lol pec dood.

Beam characters are characters with laser-like assists, lol. Magneto, Dr. Strange, and Dr. Doom are excellent examples of that.
