Fantastic videos and thankyou they have been very helpful. Just have a few questions as I really want to go to the Dominican Republic. Did you need any jabs before travelling ? How bad are the mosquitoes? Was you sick on any food ? How safe is outside resort ? Do you need to tip much ? Sorry for the all the questions lol

So glad you have enjoyed this video series! In regards to your questions; We did not need any jabs coming from the uk. Myself (Georgia), I always get bitten by mosquitoes so it was no surprise I had around 5 bites on my legs but I don’t remember alex getting any bites. No issues with the food! We went on organised trips outside of the resort and had absolutely no problems, I guess it’s each to their own in that regard. In regards to tips we often tipped the bar staff and tipped people when we could as all that staff worked so hard so we wanted to show our appreciation when we could. Hope this helps :)

We didn’t go scuba diving but we did go snorkelling 🤿 But I am sure scuba diving would be magical there !
