Thank you so much Sister. This is so helpful to me personally because I have had this feeling in my heart like a fist and trying to do anything myself to alleviate it just makes it worse but I feel the soft, gentle waves and when I allow them to wash over this area it seems to dissolve, little by little. I am impatient though so must try to overcome this and allow the healing grace.
