We had an office and power Springs Georgia, and literally when they got an inch of snow,the office was closed. We had our first so-called major storm of the season. I just said, thank you Lord🙏 I pray that your family, your neighbors, surrounding towns a hedge of protection from the Lord to keep you all safe.🙏

Those wooden tree circles would make great risers if you had James put some feet on them. Loved the recipe book stand at 3:39 … never see them in my area. ❤ I get 4 months of winter here and I love it. It is my recharge time. The older I get, the more I get worn out in the summer. It is so busy with yard work, pool care, gardening and harvesting berries & vegetables & canning, that I am glad when November comes! Your booth looks great, so glad you are selling stuff 😊 Yes, we had a mail strike for several weeks … nobody bothered sending Xmas cards because they wouldn’t have arrived in time, then the mail was so back logged 😮 Also, Google can translate written documents for you, using your camera. Stay warm ❤

Many years ago when my husband and I were in North Carolina, they had their first snowfall. There was less than an inch of snow on the ground. No lie, they shut everyone down. Schools, banks, even some stores. We were out driving around, and we saw cars pulled over afraid to drive. I had to laugh! It was strange to see people "paralyzed" by a little snow! We have a good six inches right now and it's going below zero tonight. These are the nights when you want to be in bed snuggled under your cozy blanket. Happy Belated Birthday Donna!

I just now got to watch. Hubby had eye dr appointment that his eye surgeon sent him to to check for glaucoma. So far ok but more concerned about getting that eye pressure down. Good morning sweet friend! Hope you had A blessed weekend!😊 Honey I know what you mean! Everything I do besides the normal walking as needed, my body screams "hello, slow ya roll" 🤣 Great price on the book! I love those page edges! Oh those pics of you & Cody were so good!! He was so happy about his cake!😊 Lol girl you know that's right😂 Just Go Get The Milk & bread..and hurry or you will NOT find any!😂 When I was in Tennessee & it snowed, they just carried on! I was still going for my milk & bread😄 Schools Did close, but you have to consider the back roads, buses couldn't make it on a lot of the back roads, even tho they salt a lot of the back roads too. Where we lived was pretty bad! Once it snowed there was NO getting up our drive! The last snow we had we ran out of gas for the heat but they couldn't get it to us for 4 days because they couldn't get up our drive! Out house was up on A hill. Thankfully we had space heaters & i had my electric fireplace, so we were good!🙌🏻 So I had to get used to the snow.. and now I'm learning to get used to hurricanes! I've been thru 3 now, so I've learned a lot!😬 Lordt my oldest will be 39 on valentine's day🥹 And She's going to be a grandma in march! I'm going to be A great mimi..😳 raising the 3yr old aunt & 5yr old uncle of my great grandson! What??! 🙃 My baby is 25, he'll be 26 in August. That's the only 2 I have. Lol we just have A thing for things!😂 I have a thing for chairs too. We used to get some great ones in at our thrift store, that's where I got most all mine, thru house clean outs & the store.😊 I only have one that's upholstered on the seat & back.. its my oldest one, 1800's and its stunning! It decor only!😁 And the little rocker i just picked up had that red & white toile seat. All the rest are solid wood, including the children's chairs! There's A chance where I'm originally from in NC for snow & ice with temps in the teens. Where I lived in TN isn't looking for snow, but some single digit temps! I had to laugh tho.. its actually in the 40's here with the highs in the 50's for most of the week. But from 4-9am this morning they were calling for severe cold, could have wind chills in the 20's. I don't know how you get a 20 degree difference 🤷‍♀️ i just found it funny i guess because i know what cold is! We had below zero & single digits often in TN! I'm making homemade chicken noodle soup tonight! If A flake falls the school shut right away! Which Is smart really. Ohh Donna..i love that chair! I'd def grab it I were closer! Girl your booth looks so good! I bet you love being able to have a space you can buy for & decorate with all sorts of treasures! I love that other booth you were showing us.. that big scale was awesome! The box was gorgeous.. its one of those "things we have a thing for"😁 I'd love to have that entire stack of enamel ware bowls! The letters are cool. One of the old letters i have from WWII has the red, white & blue envelope! He write them from over seas & sent them here to the states, but i can't remember where he was. The kids is out of school today... got up to 17°...now that is cold. Not normal temps for us in Alabama. I always say with it this cold it needs to snow and not waste the cold. Yes snow is one thing ice I s another. Still have ice In front of garage door from 2 weeks ago, have had enough thawing temps. This morning is a balmy 4 degrees. By Thursday in the. 30s at least. My middle son will be 40 this Friday, older turned 40 a year ago December. You know you are old when your kids get to be 40.🤪Have a good day and not too impactful snow situation. It is pretty to look at, initially anyway. Have not had enough thawing temps is what meant.
