Weekend Getaway to Sausalito, California!

Really enjoyable video! One thing to note is that Sausalito is only 2 miles from San Francisco, just on the opposite end of the Golden Gate Bridge. My commute by car from Sausalito to the Marina District in SF is 15 minutes!

Can never go wrong having lunch at Scoma's. Also Sam's in Tiburon is pretty nice too. Dockside eating with a fantastic view of the SF skyline. 👍

Great video tour, Wendy, of one of my favorite Bay Area destinations! My go-to restaurant in Sausalito is a place right on the harbor called Fish. The period (.) at the end of "FIsh." is part of the name, and perhaps what they're getting at is that Fish. is the final word on clam chowder. Will have to try Sushi Ran someday; that looks off the hook. I have taken the SF Ferry to Angel Island for a tour of the old immigration building, where immigrants from China, Korea, and elsewhere had to wait - sometimes for months or years, in horrible living conditions - for their chance to come to the U.S. A very different experience from Sausalito to be sure. Would love to see a day trip to Angel Island get the GoneWithTheWendy treatment.

Why are you such a miserable person. No one cares about your opinion regarding her showing her face or HER EXPERIENCE. Take your own advice if you want to JUST look at scenery. The entitlement and nerve of YOU to leave such an unnecessary comment. I hope I never have the terrible luck of meeting such a person in real life, irritation levels would be unbearable.
