As a library dependent during College days, i uphold and value Libraries, though i might take many books for my reading back then, but still then i return at the end of my reading. So all am saying is, whatever the library might missed, it will come back one day hahah

One thing to ponder; Govt. schools/Colleges paid well to their employees with less school infrastructures and vise versa to Private runs schools/Colleges. The formal institutions are not interested in investment in terms of Lands/buildings hence paid salary well to their employees.and vise versa in the case of Private runs institutions.
