Hi colie I've been a silent viewer for about 3 years now. I just wanted to say that I've struggled with my mental health a lot and coz of that Im not productive or just rot in my room all the time. But seeing ur videos and ur positivity is really contagious it has helped me so much mentally and physically. I have started taking care of myself more. You are my inspiration and the person I can watch whenever I feel low. Thank you so much for being there for me indirectly 🤍

I’ve also been a silent viewer but starting this year I began interacting a bit more. Nicole also helped me see my life through another lens. I’m not sure why it took a KZbinrs videos but I’m glad it’s Nicole’s videos. If you haven’t I recommend the 5 minute journal bc it’s personally helped me! I’ve been journaling since January

I'm a little late but yes she's definitely a very inspiring person and although I don't strive to live exactly like her bc a lot of things that work for her don't always work for me but her mindset is definitely something I try to implement into my life as someone who struggles with anxiety. I do also get a little insecure/discouraged(idk what would be the best word to use here) by her videos bc I start comparing myself to her and thinking "Why can't I just be as hardworking and positive as she is" and "Why can't I have my life together like she seems to have" etc. but then I try to remember that we're all different and that she's just a person on the internet who I don't know personally so I can't actually know how her life is like and that she's also human and has her struggles. I'm working on that mindset but it's really hard to rewire your brain to think more positively, but Nicole's videos have definitely helped me with my motivation and anxiety even if it's just by a little and even if I regress in the process of trying to manage my mental health better (sorry for the long rant and I hope everything I said made sense)

when i went to uni, i felt so lonely cause i was in a flat of 6 all by myself, but it definitely gets easier the more you’re away from home. it definitely gets easier. just try to push it out, go home when you need to, i found it easier the more i called my mom, it went from everyday to every few days etc, and that definitely helped, cry when you need and make sure to look after yourself!

Massage Therapist here. I was taught in school that massage should never hurt. It's okay if your body has tender spots but it's not okay for the technique or pressure to hurt. I want the world to know that massage still works if it doesn't hurt and you enjoy it or get so relaxed you fall asleep (it actually works better when you're sleeping. everything relaxes except the knots and they become really easy to find and finesse out). always remember it's YOUR massage and if something is too much, most therapists are happy to adjust so you get the best experience. Hi Nicole I have been struggling a lot lately especially with my mental health I am 14 and I have gotten bullied so much I tried so hard to be a great friend, and I have anxiety so people always make fun of me, they back stab me, drop me for the stupidest reasons. Seeing you always so happy lightens up my mood so much when I watch you with your friends I smile so much because I really want a friend group like yours. I cried in my bed on the first week because I was sick and there was a heat wave and my roommates didn’t seem to care and my neighbors were so kind and brought me a kit of like stuff to help me feel better and only then did they realize I wasn’t feeling well. But now I love college and wouldn’t change it for the world! In general, in any life stage change, there’s always a rough adjustment period of change, but you will find your place, people and yourself
