I run my errands in a sweater, puffer vest, leggings and running shoes in -20 weather and we have so much snow here in Quebec😂 but I get that Florida is known for its tropical weather so the 50s is freaking cold! Also, for girls night you can make Adrenal cocktails instead if you don’t enjoy alcoholic cocktails. They taste yummy and they’re so good for you✨ Look into tarte cherry drinks!
