Thank you so much for this tip! I actually saw your comment a few days ago but couldn't respond however I did take you up on the protein coffee and I love it!!! As far the music I listen to, I listen to what the Holy Spirit will let me listen to and it's not much lol this is an area of conviction for me, so I mostly listen to gospel and christian rap/r&b. I also listen to some 90s r&b and a little modern day r&b but it really just depends, once I hear anything remotely "off" I turn it OFF! Lol
