Judge says stay away. BF(?) calls her and says come over, she ignores judge and goes. She violated her probation.

Of course, she has a no contact as a bond condition. She refuses to follow that bond condition. So, Judge drops the bond condition. There you go, that solves that.

The victim blaming in that Middleton case was extremely disturbing . “ He deserved to be struck because he presses her buttons” that came from the defence attorney. Does that work both ways . I suppose female rape victims led the man on .

2nd case is insane. Plaintiff says she is losing everything over 2 months late rent and goes into tears. While illegally(?) demands late fees of over 3000k$ for 2months late rent. How is it legal to demand 1/10 & 2/10 of the monthly rent as a late fee thats insane. Also Foreclosure happenstance. I wish i could read the rent contract.

Note that the base intended contract was supposed to be a rent to own contract. They weren't necessarily intending to become landlords. And the owners didn't ask for that once the judge told them it was illegal (and, again, seems to have been some relic of a rent-to-own contract).
