use handwritten flashcards, you can use them in the exam too iukwim ;)

i have but they take so much longer to write and they use so much paper 😩😩 but i feel like it does help you remember better

Sarah Iam first year any motivation how to study ?

here’s a few i can think of off the top of my head - stay balanced! don’t spend all your time studying. you’re gonna get burnt out if your entire life revolves around school. try to workout, go for walks, hang out with your friends, or whatever else you like to do a few times a week. it’s okay to take breaks and it’ll give you something to look forward to! - try to enjoy the learning process. sounds kinda weird but (hopefully) you’re studying something you’re interested in and are excited to pursue as a career. learning can be really fun, and i feel like sometimes i focus on the just getting assignments done and forget about how cool it is to learn things - change your study environment. study with your friends, go to the library, go to a different room in your house, change it up once in a while. keeps things more interesting i hope this helps! first year is really tough, at least it was for me, but you can definitely get through it! best of luck with your studies :)
