Any comments on the cleanliness of the rooms and accommodations overall?

Yes, they were always cleaning and everything was in good shape! Our room was cleaned twice per day and they were very diligent about maintaining the property throughout!

It looks like you didn't have wristbands. Were there room key cards?

Which did you prefer / would recommend: Dreams Sapphire or Dreams Jade??

They both have some advantages but we would say Jade overall as the pools are nicer and the facilities are newer. If you have kids ages 4 and up, Sapphire has some nice waterslides that I think would provide a better time for children.
