Mark has been so sweet to Nadia since she came back, so cute and I think he’s lost weight because he’s had to cook for himself, lol. I watched Nadia’s show with my family and we can’t wait for next weeks. I love the way you learn from each professional chef and add your own spin on the classics, and you had lots of dishes crammed into one episode. I think it’ll be one of those series that will pick up viewers as it goes along

I do decent roasties but potatoes will not go as dark if they are on the dry side in my experience...too moist inside and they go dark too quickly...I like a dry-ish fluffy centre but not too dry and really crispy...I too am a potato addict 🙋🏼‍♀️. Congrats on your new show Nads...love it that the first ep aired on my birthday 😊🎂 On Friday I am coming up from Chepstow (being originally from West London) and meeting with a mate who I see all too frequently these days and we are coming to watch Loose Women...my first time, Joan has been once before (her birthday is on Sunday so we are both fellow Scorpios).
