If you drink lots of water and still feel dehydrated you might not be getting enough minerals. try adding a pinch of celtic salt to every glass or making a salt brine and adding that to your water. It works wonders for me!

I bought my first back brace at 28! Anytime my back feels sore, I strap that baby on and west my regular clothes over it - no one can tell! This is a preventative measure, and I believe it’s 100% saved me from throwing my back out. But if you do pull a muscle in your back, the brace helps to steady you and prevent further injury. You can pick one up at the drugstore.

Guuuurl, you don’t have to tell me twice about throwing your back out. I’ve had it twice and I’m 33. I think the first one was at 28. Anyways, I try to do consistent core strengthening exercises and make sure I still at my desk correctly. Also some important things for when that happens is to not sit all day - stand up and walk around slowly ever so often. It hurts but then gets better. And put a pillow under your legs when you sleep so they are 90 degrees. I know I’m a little late on the tips, but hope this helps for next time…because there will be a next time haha 😅🥲

Hi Estee! This is random, but have you ever gotten your thyroid tested? Same here. My body shows symptoms of thyroid problems. I had myself checked weeks ago, but the sonologist said otherwise. Still, I easily get irritated, I get anxious with the littlest things. I also feel hot (summery hot) and at the same time, I get chilly even when it's summer. Most of all, I am tired like every day. I take calming tablets to help me with my mood swings, though. I tried @goli or GOLI Nutrition, but it only made me sleepy even when I am eating and strolling at the mall. lol
@fleurishes35mm2 жыл бұрын
Apparently thyroid issues can not show up on blood tests for decades? I've had all the symptoms for literally almost ten years, and have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and POTS in the meantime. But my mom and grandmother and every other woman in my family has hashimotos disease (no thyroid function) and I just know these are the symptoms. Plus the weird fkn hot flushes in my face and hands all the time. I hope your symptoms calm down xx
@fleurishes35mm2 жыл бұрын
I actually had the antibodies show on a blood test a few years ago but they disappeared by my next one? Had no idea that was even possible. But yes- fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, dry skin, muscle aches, sensitivity to cold, hot flushes, hair loss- basically hashimotos in a nutshell.
@everydayisaholiday_2 жыл бұрын
@@fleurishes35mm omg we have similar symptoms... I'm currently not taking any medications because that a-hole sonologist didn't recommend me any since the results cameout negative (surprisingly). But my mom has been taking Uthyrox for her thyroid probs... While I am taking Overt for my migraine attacks (vertigo). For my mood swings, I used to take Goli (ashwaganda) but I switched to a calming tablet I bought from Healthy Options. I hope 🤞 you're doing well and all of us. Happy 🌞 Sunday everyone and @EsteeLalonde

Estee! You should try those pimple patches! They're hydrocolloid pimple patches and if you put them on that "whisker" it'll suck out the pus/oil (I know that sounds gross) and keep out dirt and help it to heal faster :)

I've had that same back problem for years until I realized it's trapped emotions. There are lists online where you can see where certain emotions are being held in the body. Lower back pain usually means worries about finances or lack of emotional support. In order for the emotions to go, you have to feel them fully, then the pain disappears. Promise! And you don't have to fear feeling those emotions, it's only the fear that's behind them. You'll realize that in actually you don't have to fear anything, because fear is an illusion & you hold the infinite love of God within you
@fromfeartoflow2 жыл бұрын
The more you have worried about stuff like that in your life, the more it accumulates in certain areas, so at some point it manifests into the physical body mostly in form of pain - the last way your system is trying to make you aware of "unfinished business". Energy healing helps
