Normally I do a tiny bit of hair oil before putting in the heatless curls and then try to wrap it as tightly as possible and do a silk bonnet over the top, hope that helps a little!

The brand Lily’s has sugar free chocolate chips in dark chocolate. I use Lily’s sugar free chocolate chips on my chia bowls & cottage cheese. I was just talking at work with a coworker the other day how we have a ton of recipes saved on Pinterest but never use 😆
